Bridge - Getting Started
What is Keystone Bridge?
Keystone Bridge is your Attendance, Booking & Class Management system.
We’re right there with you on the floor, let’s get you started…
Step 1 - Create Classes & Timeslots
Add your first class by tapping the + button, naming the class as well as setting the capacity
Add your first Timeslot selecting the day of the week, and nominate the time.
Step 2 - Import People
Tap on the menu and select Sync Members
Select the Club and desired Members then tap Import
Step 3 - Assign People to Timeslots
Go to People and Tap the edit Pencil
Select the Members, Class and Timeslot, then hit confirm
Step 4 - Review Timetable
Step 5 - Track Attendance
To mark attendance select a date & session time
Tap + Add All to the session which creates a list of people ready for marking off (You can also + Add Walk-ins here)
Simply tap away through the list to mark attendance
Step 6 - Review Insights
Go to the menu and tap Insights
Here you’ll see your club name and average Attendance
Each member has an attendance record, simply scroll to the bottom of their profile
