  1. Choose the Set Type

2. Now define the Set specs

Rounds, Duration & Rest After Set are all optional and are defined after the SET NAME.

These copy/paste examples show you how can define each type, paste into your workout and edit away!

 

SET (4 rounds, rest 1 min)
AMRAP (for 15 min, rest 2 min)
EMOM (for 5 min, 5 rounds, rest 2 min)
TABATA 20s/10s (for 4 min, 2 rounds)

1. You can optionally add Effort (eg. reps) BEFORE the exercise

 

COPY / PASTE TO TRY YOURSELF

5 reps "Burpees"
8-12 reps "Deadlift"
20/16/.. reps "Squat"
20 cal "Bike"
200 meter "Run"

 

2. Make sure "Exercises" are INSIDE double quotes 

3. You can optionally add Load (eg. kg) AFTER the exercise

5 reps "Burpees" @ BW
8-12 reps "Deadlift" @ 80kg
20/16/.. reps "Squat" @ 50/55/../70kg
