Adding a Day of Food in one go

An empty day (with no meals) has these options. Tap Day Plans to access whole days of Meals.

If your Coach has assigned you a Meal Plan, it will be listed here, with markers to help you see which one is for TODAY.

Once you select your day plan the tracker is filled out with your food. If you ate differently, simple adjust servings, add or delete the food items as normal.

To create your own days of food, Tap the Kitchen icon (Chefs Hat), select DAYS then +. From there you build your Meals adding food as normally do in the tracker.
