Here are the most common solutions to login trouble on the Keystone Member App.

1. How do I access the App?

To use the Keystone App, the coach emails you an invite which has a unique link for the member to quickly register themselves. This is the only way to access the Keystone Member App.

Before you ask your coach to re-send the invite, search your email for “Keystone Invite” (Make sure you also search your spam folder).

Tip: Coaches inviting themselves to the App will need to use an alternate email for their App login.

2. Forgot Username

Your username is the email you provided on registration.

3. Forgot Password

Simply tap “Forgot Password” on the login page, then fill out your email and we’ll send you a secure reset link.

4. I downloaded the app without a coach invite, but I can’t login?

Unfortunately, that won’t let you in. Anyone can download Keystone from the App store, but only registered users will be able to login and use the App.

5. I’ve reset my password but it just won’t let me in!

If you’re 100% sure you’ve got the username and password right, you may be unable to access the app for other reasons such as your account has been placed in archive mode. Please contact your coach if this happening to you.
