Programming Workouts with Rep Ranges and AMRAP

The Keystone Workout Builder allows you to quickly create workouts with almost any combination.

The process is broken down into the 3 key pieces

  1. SETS

  2. EXERCISES

  3. REST

Simply drag the tiles on top of each other as you build, and fill out the details you want.

The builder has an ALERT listing pop up if you make any typos as you go, highlighting where your errors are so you can correct on-the-fly.

When you nominate more than one set you will see the Set# tabs appear for your exercises inside that set. Once you fill out the first set, it will duplicate these settings automatically into the remaining sets.

If you like to make changes from there specific to one or more of the sets, you can simply click on the tab and edit as needed.

Now for those looking to use rep ranges (eg. 8-12 or AMRAP) we have good news, simply enter 8-12 or AMRAP and it will appear as such in the Member App, with AMRAP represented as the infinity symbol, for example SET 9/∞.

Here is a couple screens to show what to expect to see in the building process.

Programming Workout Sets as Rep-Ranges or AMRAP

You can enter AMRAP into the SETS FIELD, and if any typos are made the alerts listing will tell you where and what to fix.
